We provide a range of travel vaccines. Everyone can access these services via our website.

Pearlfect Care Pharmacy refers to:

Our website, including any subdomains and any other website where the owners provide their service.
All travel vaccinations.
Any software, programme, scripts, or records related to any of the above facilities.

Our Booking System and Confirmation:

You will receive a booking confirmation when you make a booking for one of our services. We will agree that you have consented to the service terms and conditions, and that you will be subject to our usual cancellation policy once a successful payment for the service you have selected has been made (detailed below).

Account Registration:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the relevant data on the booking form when registering to make a booking or creating an account. It is also your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide. Additionally, users are responsible for keeping their login information safe and confidential. No one at Pearlfect Care Pharmacy has access to your login credentials.

If any user believes their account / personal information has been compromised, breached, or stolen, they must immediately notify the owner via the contact form.

Account Termination, Suspension or Deletion:

We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to suspend or delete user accounts that we find inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of our terms and conditions at any time and without warning.

Content

The owner or its licensors own or provide all content available on Pearlfect Care Pharmacy. All intellectual property rights for such content are reserved by the owner or its licensors. The material has been thoroughly checked to ensure that it does not breach any relevant legal requirements or third-party rights. However, obtaining such a result will not always be feasible.

Unless it is necessary or implicitly pertains to the service, users may not copy, download, share, modify, translate, or edit contents of this website in any way.

Provided copyright attributions are as follows: users can download, copy, or share some material for personal and non-commercial use where specifically specified on the website.

Paid Products

All our prices are listed on our website. Provision of any service is dependent on receiving full payment beforehand. If a payment fails, the owners are not obliged to complete the booking or offer the service until full payment is obtained.

Service Description 

All service specifications are written to the highest technical accuracy possible, and information is conveyed via a variety of media, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and text. The specific service will be defined at the time of payment. Fees, services, and times are listed below:

Service 1: Travel vaccinations @ various price points between £35-£201 during normal business hours

Service 2: Earwax removal both ears @ £55 during normal business hours
Tests are carried our by our specialists and the cost includes the following:
  • Comprehensive initial consultation
  • Pictures taken before and after procedure of both ear canals
  • Full Assessment report that includes the images to discuss with your GP or Audiologist

Service 3: Blood & Urine tests during normal business hours including Ambulatory-blood-pressure-monitoring. (A hire fee/deposit may apply).



Time of Purchase

Before making a booking, you must review the service description and turnaround carefully to ensure you have selected the correct booking type.

Booking Confirmation

Our contract is concluded when payment has been made for any of our services. A booking confirmation and a payment receipt will be emailed to your nominated email address. Also, our booking policy will be included in the booking confirmation.

What is the User Obligation?

When you successfully book your appointment, you take responsibility for the following:

You must arrive for your appointment on the agreed date and time.
You must meet the guidelines that are given to you at the time.

Offer, Discounts or Coupons

The use of promotions, coupons, or discounts on any service provided is at the discretion of the owners. All offers will be subject to eligibility requirements that will be defined at the time of the offer. All coupons are only valid for the services listed at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise noted, all offers and discounts are only available for a limited time.

Rights of the User

Withdrawal – The customer has 14 days to cancel a confirmed booking. He or she will not be able to do so if the booking is made within 48 hours of the confirmed date and time of the booking appointment. The cancellation period ends 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Please email pharmacy@pearlfect1998.com or contact us via the online portal with the reasons why the customer wishes to withdraw within 14 days of making the booking.

The owners will reimburse customers for all payments received for their booking if they cancel during the withdrawal notice period. Within 7 working days, customers will receive a refund (minus any admin fees).

Cancellation Policy

Every service user has the right to cancel their booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and date. We will endeavour to process refunds within 7 working days. Please note there is a 5% admin fee to process refunds before 48 hours. There is a 50% admin charge to process the refund on all bookings that are cancelled within the 48 hours of the appointment or for any no show appointments. 

Reschedule your appointment

Without incurring any costs, any user can reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment period.

Zero Tolerance Policy

All of our employees are qualified to provide the highest level of customer service, including being courteous, friendly, and putting customers at ease while taking the swab. If any of our workers are subject to abusive or aggressive treatment, Pearlfect Care Pharmacy will take it very seriously. While we understand that this procedure may be stressful for our users, violent actions will not be accepted under any circumstances. If the patient’s coercive and violent conduct persists, the owner may be forced to order them to leave the premises immediately, and if they refuse, the police may be called.

Service Interruption

The owners will go to considerable lengths to ensure that service interruptions are held to a minimum. However, service can be interrupted due to maintenance, system updates, power outages, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the owner’s control. If there are any service interruptions, all users will be informed as soon as possible.

A full refund will be provided within 7 working days if the service cannot be provided at a later time and date that is convenient to both the customer and the owners.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

At any time, we reserve the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions. All changes would be communicated to the consumer ahead of time in this case. If the user proceeds with the booking, the user would be required to accept any modifications to the terms and conditions.

Disputes Resolution

All disagreements should be brought to the owner’s attention in order to reach an amicable resolution. Our complaints process, as detailed in our complaints policy, must be followed by the customer.

When coming to the Hilton National, please park your car by the Conference Centre and use the doorbell to notify us. One of our staff will open the door for you.
