Our Pharmacist Home Service focuses on providing personalised experiences, such as medicine reviews at home, the office, a recreation areas, for the housebound, etc. We provide rapid response out-of-hours urgent pharmacist-led services for prompt clinical support at short notice, through proactive visits, or in response to an unscheduled request.

We use equipment that uses an automated process, point-of-care diagnostic device – the same technology deployed by many NHS hospitals to ensure health checks are both accurate and fast. Most results are returned efficiently within 5 minutes so that treatment can be monitored as soon as possible.
