How it works?


  • We work with many GP providers who will directly send us your prescription, so you don’t need to bring it to us.
  • We will deliver your medication with our free nationwide delivery service.
  • We will contact you to coordinate the prescription delivery and review your support services during the full course of treatment.
  • After the medication has been received, we will talk to you about your medication(s), anticipated side effects and how to contact the pharmacy with any questions.
  • We will be your partner throughout the course of your treatment to maintain medical adherence, monitor and report side effects and ensure you have access to necessary resources.

  • How much would my prescription cost?

    Medicines on private prescriptions are not funded by the NHS and the cost of the medication is paid by the patient. The price of the prescription will vary according to the medication your doctor has prescribed.

  • How much is delivery for my private prescription?

    We offer free delivery for private prescriptions. Our private prescriptions include next day delivery nationwide or same day prescription delivery to select postcodes in Watford.

  • Do I need to sign for my prescription?

    For next day nationwide deliveries, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm, this ensures you have your medication the next working day (subject to stock). This service requires a signature. If you are unable to sign for your prescription, please let us know if you would like us to ship to an alternative address, e.g. a work address, or if you would like us to use a different shipping method that doesn’t require a signature. 


    For same day deliveries, we do not require a signature (unless your item is a controlled drug) and we can leave your item in a safe place or with a neighbour.


  • If I have a paper private prescription - how do I order medication?

    1. Call us on 0330 111 0440 or email us to find out the cost of your medication.

    2. We can arrange to collect your prescription from an address of your choice or you can post it back to us. You can also ask your doctor to send the prescription directly to us.

    3. Once we receive your prescription, we will process it and dispatch it with our free delivery service.
